Where: ASA国际传媒, Carruth Administration Center, Board Auditorium, 1111 W. Sixth St.
Background: Community members may sign up to speak beginning at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 30 at ASA国际传媒's Board Auditorium. One or more board members may attend the meeting.
